Facebook is the number 1 social media platform on the web and most of you probably already use it. This infographic by Vertical Response lists things you should and shouldn't be doing on Facebook.
I agree with most of these except the last one about how many times you should post. "No more than 1-4 times a week" is too little in my opinion. Whilst you don't want to flood your followers with updates you also want to be fresh in their minds. I'd personally advise posting at least once a day.
