  1. Thought I go out on a limb here since a FB/Hubpages friend referred me he here to you. Anyway, I'm trying to work on a story called "Mind Dance," which is an alternate version of a completed story called "Mind Games." I'm debating on whether I should rewrite bits and pieces of this story so it could flow better and actually have some kind of point to it. In the meantime, I'm working on poems too, but I digress. Here's the link to my story:

    Thanks! :D

    1. Sounds interesting. What made you decide to create an alternate version of the story?

    2. Well, I had started to write my first story with just my first two characters thinking I would focus on those two. However, I ended up throwing in a third character in my initial story, so I wanted to write my alternate version to see how the story would go.

  4. Well, since I'm here, and you asked...

I'm currently working on two--count'em, TWO--sequels. One is the sequel to A Pius Man: A Holy Thriller, http://tinyurl.com/co5b7ry

APM was centered around Pope Pius XII, WW2 pontiff, and the second one, A Pius Legacy, deals with the fallout of book 1.

After that comes Codename: Unsub, the sequel to Codename: Winterborn. CW had my hero left in the middle of a dystopian. But what happens when you have a serial killer let loose in a city of the damned?

  5. Hi Jo, I'm trying to find a publisher for the prequel to my published children's book Dewi and the Seeds of Doom and am having major writer's block both for a third Dewi book and a sequel to my other published children's fiction, Vin and the Dorky Duet. The published books' website is http://www.maggielyons.yolasite.com.

    1. When ever I get stuck I tend to ask myself "what's the worst thing that could happen to my characters?". Even if that's not the direction the story takes in the end it usually helps to move things. All the best in your search for a publisher Maggie.

  6. I've a couple of non-fiction books about my expat experience in Italy. http://rickzullo.com/live-like-an-italian/ I'd like to branch out into fiction--I've already finished 3-4 short stories and I've got 1/3 of a novel waiting to be completed. My question is: would it be better to use a pen name for the fiction so that my current readers don't get put off or should I just use my real name and capitalize on any branding that I might have?
