Facebook Groups for Writers

Being part of an online group for writers can be a great way to make connections with others in the writing and publishing world. Together you can improve your writing skills and give each other marketing ideas. Thousands of such groups can be found right on Facebook. All you have to do is pick the one(s) that suit you best.

Here's a few to help get you started:
You can find others by doing a simple search and filtering the results by Groups. For example try typing writing

and then filter the results by click on "Groups" from the list on the left hand side of your screen.
This will bring up a list of all the groups about "writing". Why not try some other words like "writers" and "Publishing" too.

Can't find a group that fits your needs? Start your own! It's easy to create your own group on Facebook. Just visit the "About Groups" page and click on "Create Group".

    1. Do you have the link to that group? This article was to give a few ideas of groups and how to find them. If the Writers' Group you mention is a good one I'd love to check it out.

Greetings, my name is Jason W. Blair and I am the Power Writing founder. I established this group because I understand the importance of author collaboration. The goal here is to have a safe haven for writers to share, support, and encourage one another.

Here you will find other authors with whom you can team up and hold one another accountable for daily, weekly, and monthly goals. The possibilities are endless, just as your growth and experience as a professional writer can be.

I hope to see you on the inside and to work personally with each and every one of you.
